What should I check before ordering?
Confirm the vehicle inlet, the available socket, the electrical supply and the vehicle's maximum AC charging rate. For V2L products, confirm that the exact vehicle model supports V2L.
Does this product require installation?
Portable chargers connect to a suitable existing socket. If a new CEE outlet or electrical circuit is needed, use a qualified electrician and follow the product instructions.
Will I always get the advertised maximum charging speed?
No. Actual speed is limited by the socket, electrical supply, charger setting, vehicle onboard charger, battery state and environmental conditions.
