Shipping policy
Shipping and delivery
Delivery area and charges
We deliver to supported addresses shown as available at checkout. The applicable delivery charge, if any, is displayed before payment. Some products or postcodes may be unavailable because of carrier, battery-transport or product-compliance restrictions.
Processing and transit times
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Weekends and public holidays are not business days.
Standard tracked delivery normally takes 5–15 business days after dispatch. Products held in different locations may arrive in separate parcels. A product page or checkout may state a different delivery window for a particular item; that product-specific window forms part of the order.
Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree a guaranteed service. Unless a different period is agreed, we will deliver without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is made. If a material delay occurs, we will contact you and explain your options, including any right to cancel.
Tracking and split shipments
Orders are sent using an appropriate tracked service and may be handed to a local delivery partner for final delivery. When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used for the order. If an order is sent in more than one parcel, you may receive separate tracking messages.
Prices, tax and import charges
Store prices are displayed in GBP. Any tax collected by GRASEN is shown before you submit the order. Some goods may be dispatched from outside the UK. The product page or checkout will state whether import VAT, customs duty and carrier handling charges are included or may be payable separately. Contact contact@grasen.com before ordering if the treatment is unclear.
Address accuracy and failed delivery
Check the delivery address before submitting the order. Contact us promptly if it is wrong. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfilment begins.
We may charge reasonable additional delivery costs where a parcel is returned because the customer provided an incorrect address or failed to collect it, provided those costs were caused by the customer and are explained before redelivery.
Risk, loss and damage in transit
GRASEN remains responsible for the goods until you, or a person you identify to receive them, takes physical possession. If tracking says delivered but the parcel is missing, or if it arrives damaged, contact contact@grasen.com promptly. We will investigate with the carrier and provide the remedy required by law.
